Ocean Moody is a dynamic company driven by innovative ideas and bold designs. It has been my dream since high school to own a clothing company – and since that one day in history class I have held this idea tightly.  But I knew everything was supposed to be about the customer and so I instill this idea throughout the company. Ocean Moody was legally formed in 2006 with visions of giving world class surfing back to the public. You may ask how can I do this – it is very possible, but I cannot give away all my secrets, so stay tuned in to see how it unfolds.

I hail from Pawleys Island, South Carolina - a small beach town known as the oldest resort area in America.

Ocean Moody is so much more than just a clothing company. There is no other company out there that allows you the choices I provide. You can make money telling your friends about Ocean Moody clothing, with no catches and no stipulations. You can send artwork to me for future T-shirt series and if you are chosen, have the option of helping a charity of your choice. Unlike other company’s who may have a similar artwork program, Ocean Moody literally takes your paintings photographs or any other artwork and then screen-prints them on clothing. There is no color limitation to save money – One promise I made to myself was that I will never half-do anything. And that means no cutting corners.

I also follow the old anecdote – Do what you are passionate about and the money will follow. This is why I have no hesitation giving money to charity or giving money to people who feel passionate about my clothing and want to help spread the word. You deserve compensation for loyalty.

Not only will I do this for my loyal customers and awesome artists, I want to take it one step further. Look around your local break and there is bound to be that one person who flat out rips. Take note, I will be looking for him or her and give them something that they will remember for the rest of their life. This is all I will say about it, I don’t want another company stealing my idea before I launch it. But what I do promise is that I will create for you a different and exciting twist to surfing that will have people talking for decades. That is my promise to you. 

Ocean Moody strives to be environmentally affectionate. This is one reason why I have chosen hemp as the main fiber for my shirts. Hemp is one of the world’s most durable fibers and is four times stronger than cotton. So, when you buy Ocean Moody clothing you know it will be high quality. My clothing is made with you in mind. Put one on and show people you aren’t afraid to be bold.

I also feel giving back to communities and its people are a noble cause. This is why Ocean Moody will promote and encourage participation in numerous charitable events. Along side this I will find creative ways to allow less fortunate people of this world to have mind-blowing experiences.
