Ocean Moody Creations will give a full refund or exchange on all non-sale items returned within 30 days of sale.

Items must be unworn, and unwashed and in their original condition. Items that do not meet these standards will be returned to the customer at the expense of the customer. For returns in the U.S. there will be a $4.50 charge to reship the item to the customer. For returns outside of the U.S. shipping will vary accordingly to the specific location. If Ocean Moody Creations improperly ships an item, Ocean Moody Creations will cover all shipping and handling costs.

Sale items can be returned within 30 days and a credit/exchange will be given for the full sale price. Sale items are not eligible for cash refunds.

On exchanges made for items of lesser value the customer will receive store credit in the amount of the remaining balance. On exchanges made for items of greater value the customer will be charged in the amount of the overage.

Please indicate on the original invoice whether you are exchanging or returning the item. For exchanges, please indicate the new item’s name, size, and color. You can find up-to-date size, color, and item name information on our website. If the item you are looking for isn’t on the website, then we are currently out of stock of that particular item.
